Clio Integration Setup & Overview
The integration between Clio and Resolutn streamlines the negotiation process by enabling seamless collaboration and document exchange. With this integration, users can effortlessly create and link claims in Resolutn for specific matters in Clio. Additionally, users can access Clio matter documents directly in Resolutn, facilitating the seamless sharing of relevant files with the opposing party.
Furthermore, users can upload chat history with the opposing party related to a claim in Resolutn and easily sync this history as a document back to the corresponding Clio matter. This ensures that all negotiation-related data is well-organized and accessible in both platforms, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.
Setup
To use Resolutn with Clio, simply click “Sign In With Clio” on Resolutn, authenticate using your Clio credentials, and grant access to your Clio account. Once authenticated, accept the terms and conditions, and complete your account setup by providing the required information.
Creating and Linking Claims with Clio
After setting up your Resolutn account through Clio, navigate to the desired matter within your Clio dashboard. Click on the “More Actions” tab and select the “Negotiate With Resolutn” option. This will take you to the Resolutn claim creation page, where you can enter the required details to create a claim for negotiation.
Document Exchange and download chat history
Once the claim is created in Resolutn, it will automatically link to the corresponding matter in Clio. From the claim page in Resolutn, you can initiate negotiations by clicking the “OPEN NEGOTIATION SCREEN” button. Additionally, you can easily upload and share documents with the opposing party by clicking the “SHARE FROM CLIO” button (this option will appear only if there are documents in the Clio matter), which will display a list of documents associated with the selected matter.
Resolutn offers a chat feature for seamless communication with the opposing party. To save your chat history, select the “Download to Clio” option and click “Download Message History” The chat history will then be saved as a CSV file and automatically added to the corresponding matter page in Clio.
